Professor Mikos, who serves as the LaRoche Family Chair in Law at Vanderbilt Law School, has written, consulted, testified and lectured on a variety of legal and policy issues related to cannabis. His recent work includes analysis of the states’ constitutional authority to legalize marijuana and federal law’s influence on state regulation and taxation of the industry In addition, he is responsible for 2017’s Marijuana Law, Policy and Authority, the country’s first casebook on cannabis law.
