Elizabeth began by explaining to RNIB Connect Radio’s Toby Davey that there are certain individuals who are more at risk in the heat. Then to some of the signs that people might show if they are suffering from heat exhaustion and how dangerous heat stroke can be. Ending with a reminder from Elizabeth about the importance of keeping out of the sun and protecting yourself from the sun with sunscreen.
