About this episode
The episode discusses the impact of past relationships on current behavior and accountability.
Considering that habits are formed when there are no consequences to bad behaviour during the formation stage, or when actions are rewarded or excused, those who have enabled it over the years bear just as much blame. Which explains why you’re so shocked when you finally meet someone like me who will not lower standards for you and hold you accountable. It’s really not your fault, I blame those who you met before me who didn’t stop you. Now I’m the toxic one.
