I use them for everything from travel planning to recipes, and they have become one of the most powerful tools in my school counseling program. Counseling Caseload Data Sheet This spreadsheet tracks your entire caseload in one place. You can include who you are seeing, when their sessions are scheduled, what type of service they are receiving, and the topic or focus of those sessions. You can also track referral forms, parent permission slips, identifying factors, and notes.
