Courtney Mullin (she/her) is a Senior Consultant at Seen@Work and a thought leader in disability and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. Before coming to Seen@Work, Courtney worked in workforce development at the State of Ohio and conducted research on best practices in corporate social responsibility and disability inclusion. Courtney is a PhD Candidate in Disability Studies with an unofficial concentration on inclusive business practices. Courtney also holds a MPA and MSW from The Ohio State University, and a BS from Kansas State University.
