He has won titles at the Olympics, World, European and Commonwealth Championships during a distinguished athletics career. Greg is a regular co-host on BBC Morning Live and he’s also appeared on programmes such as Strictly Come Dancing and Celebrity MasterChef! In this episode Greg opens up about his life beyond his sporting career and the power that visualisation and mindset have had on his life.
