Today we run you through how to hire (see list below if you are more of a visual person!) Keep being active in the community (ie meeting people) (gym, surf, ride, kids sport etc) Always check your existing network Always check your existing company culture (ie is it attractive to outsiders?) In all this make sure to water your own garden. (Ie take care of your existing people!) Are you happy with all your existing staff? Ask your staff if they know anyone Post on business Facebook + Personal Facebook + insta Post in community Facebook pages Ad on seek + indeed (consider Evergreen ad) Ask Wholesaler Email Marketing (hey existing clients! We are a growing company! Does anyone know anyone… etc) Call builders / electricians / plumbers / other trades (everyone knows a school teacher, and everyone knows a tradie) For rural people, advertise in the cities Target TAFE Have a good social media presence Google Reviews Offer a potential sign on bonus (SKI-change lol, $1000, jet ski etc). I don’t love this one btw. If someone goes to you for $1000, they could come to me for $1200 Do for one staff member, do for all!! If you can’t find someone, create them!
