And Kieran would say personally, because he knows it, probably the best Indian restaurant in Ireland, but he admits he’s a little biased. It’s got recognition from the Michelin Guide and multiple Irish restaurant awards. But what makes Rasam interesting isn’t just the amazing food, it’s the philosophy behind it. They grind their own spices daily. They draw on regional Indian cooking traditions and have built a fiercely loyal following over the years.
