Jeremy is #6 All-Time for Indoor High Jump & #9 All-Time for Outdoor High Jump at CU Boulder. He also tied 5th All-Time for Indoor High Jump & tied 9th All-Time for Outdoor High Jump at ASU. Ryggs Johnston is a golfer at ASU. He got top 3 at NCAA D1 championships and had the 2nd best NCAA Championship round in school history just under Jon Rahm. He has the 7th most eagles in a season in school history where he had 8. Ryggs had 3 top 10 finishes this past year at ASU along with being an NCAA All American and All conference. He also won almost every tournament he entered in Montana Junior ranks. Julian is a swimmer at Arizona State University which is the #1 swim team in the country currently. He has been on the Junior national team, and is the current school record holder in the 500 freestyle at ASU. He is a Pac-12 champion in the 800 freestyle relay and a 3x Florida state champion in the 200 and 500 free. Gabby Deloof is a professional swimmer from Michigan who swam at the university of Michigan and graduated with a bachelors in sport management in 2018. She’s been part of three big ten championship teams, she individually finished 4th place in the NCAA Championship Meet her senior year along with being team captain that year as well. Gabby is an NCAA all American, and all American honors, 5x big ten champion, on the USA national team from 2018-2021, 5x world university games gold medalist. silver medalist in 800 free relay at FINA world championships, and was part of the ISL New York Breakers in Season 1 and Tokyo Frog Kings in Season 3. She is currently training at the university of Tennessee as a pro for the 2024 Olympics, an AFPA Certified Sport Nutrionist, along with being a Social media content creator for Beine Wellness Building and an AFPA Certified Sport Nutrionist. Ivonne is the Founder & CEO of Delaflor Teachings International, an author of 17 books which she self published, and has been a mindfulness & transcendental meditation practitioner for many years. Melanie talks about her journey to being an Olympic Gold Medalist and a World Record Holder and what it took to get there, the sacrifices she had to make growing up as a kid, and the lessons she has learned from swimming.   Melanie started swimming at 3 years old and by the time she was coming out of high school in 1987, she posted the fastest time in the nation in the 100yd freestyle at 50.6 seconds. She attended and Swam at the University of Virginia during college and qualified for the Olympics where she won and became an Olympic Gold Medalist in the Women’s 4x100m Freestyle Relay in 1996 for Team USA. And to top that all off she is the current Swimming World Record Holder from 2015 in the Women’s 45-49 year old age group 100m Freestyle Event.   Melanie was also the first female swimmer sponsored by NIKE, the first ever TIMEX Fitness Director and the first Ironman athlete sponsored by a rock band – Cheap Trick. I'm sure you've probably heard the saying "It's not what you know, it's who you know."    Alex Landry is a professional and All Star dancer. She danced for the Luvabulls which for those of you who don’t know, Luvabulls is the Chicago Bulls Basketball Team’s, Dance Team that comes out during half time. She moved to New York and she also Danced for the New York Knicks this past year.    Alex's story is a perfect example of “it’s who you know that matters", where she went from dancing with the Professional Dance Team called the Luvabulls, and through networking was able to move to New York and get one of her dream opportunities to dance for another incredible Professional Dance Team in downtown New York. She breaks down the lessons she's learned through dancing, the challenges she's faced, how she deals with the pressure and anxiety, and advice she would give to younger dancers wanting to make a career out of it.
