She shares surviving an abusive college relationship involving coercion and rape, subsequent PTSD and panic attacks, leaving the relationship at 20, transferring to Mizzou, and later discovering psychology after a counselor encouraged her to enter the field. Stephanie explains how faith, exercise, and a holistic mind-body-spirit framework shaped her practice, Inspire Change Counseling (founded 2014, with offices in Phoenix and St. Louis).
