Every choice we make is shaping the story of our life and the culture of our home. In "Choices," we look at Joshua 24 and the call to choose whom we will serve, discovering that healthy lives and healthy homes are not built by accident, but through intentional daily decisions. Through Scripture, practical wisdom, and honest reflection, we explore five choices that shape our relationships: choosing love, peace, listening, life-giving words, and forgiveness. As we learn to live out what God has placed within us, our choices become a reflection of sincere love, humility, patience, and the peace of Christ.

Every life is being built one decision at a time, and storms have a way of revealing what was hidden beneath the surface all along. In this message, we explore Jesus' words in Matthew 7 alongside the intentional rebuilding found in Ezra to discover that strong lives are not built accidentally, but intentionally. When life gets heavy, He invites us to look at the birds, trust the Father, surrender daily, and choose to get closer to the cross.

Jesus is not just the Word we study, He is the Word we encounter, the Truth who transforms our reality (John 1:1–14; John 14:6). The early church showed us that truth is not just learned but lived, devoting themselves to the Word, community, remembrance, and prayer (Acts 2:42). When we don't just hear the Word but practice it, our lives become the loudest sermon we'll ever preach (James 1:22–25).

The gospel is more than a familiar phrase—it is a life-altering announcement. This message explores what "good news" truly means and how it speaks to faithful people who are tired, waiting, and unsure of what comes next. Through the story of Mary Magdalene and the truth of Christ's resurrection, we are reminded that good news isn't just about salvation someday, but God's presence and purpose right now. When clarity feels distant and hope feels thin, Jesus still comes near, calls us by name, and reminds us that our lives—and our faith—still matter.

This message explores the biblical power of "setting" our lives intentionally before God for the new year. Biblically, to "set" means to orient, direct, and govern the inner life toward the Lord. Ultimately, David shows us that when the Lord is set continually before us, we become unshakeable: "Because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken." This message invites the church to set time for His presence, set their families in His house, and set His Word on replay…declaring with faith and confidence, "I will not be shaken."

So often we resist the season we're in, waiting for what's next, while God is present right here inviting us not just to survive but to thrive. When we stop resisting and begin trusting Him, even in what feels heavy or unclear, He meets us with peace, rest, and vision that surpasses understanding. This message is an invitation to fix our eyes on Jesus, come to Him with our burdens, and learn how to trust God and embrace the season we're in.
