Links from the discussion… Cagliostro’s name is speculated to be O-Bengh in the comics which is confirmed in the 4th episode of What If…?, however in the comics he sought eternal life and in the What If…? episode he was content to die. Cthulu is an ancient evil being that was created by H. P. Lovecraft and is in the public domain.

Yondu's "whistle arrow" is not in the comics.  He was in the original Guardians of the Galaxy. You can see why he’s called Taserface in the comics. Also, he’s ridiculous. The original Guardians of the Galaxy was Vance Astro, Martinex T'Naga, Captain Charlie-27, and Yondu Udonta. Later members included Stakar Ogord, Aleta Ogord, and Nikki. Adam Warlock played a key role in defeating Thanos in the comics. Not sure what Marvel plans to do with him at this point, if anything.

Wakanda is a small African nation that is the most technologically advanced on Earth.  The White Wolf was a white foreigner orphan in the comics that was adopted by T’Chaka. In the movie it’s a name given to The Winter Soldier.  Vibranium is an extremely rare metal that can absorb vibratory or kinetic energy. Dora Milaje are the personal bodyguards of the Black Panther. M'Baku had a problematic Gorilla costume in the Black Panther comics, but the character was handled very well in the MCU. Ulysses Klaue was the son of a Nazi war criminal and smuggled Vibranium out of Wakanda with help from Hydra. Killmonger in the comics was a Wakandan boy kidnapped by an associate of Ulysses Klaue.
