Good morning, here's your South Florida surf zone forecast for Sunday and Monday. Starting with Coastal Palm Beach, we're looking at small surf today with heights of one to two feet under mostly cloudy skies. There's a high potential for thunderstorms and showers throughout the day, so keep an eye on the developing weather. The water is warming up nicely in the upper seventies, and rip current risk remains low. The UV index is very high, so sunscreen is essential. North winds will be light around ten miles per hour. High temperatures will reach the upper seventies. The high tide at Lake Worth Pier comes in around nine forty-one this morning with a low tide expected around three forty-five in the afternoon. Things change noticeably heading into Monday. Rip current risk jumps to high across Coastal Palm Beach, so exercise caution in the water. Surf heights will increase to two to three feet with northeast winds picking up to ten to fifteen miles per hour. There's a moderate chance of showers and thunderstorms.
