| 4/28/26 | #9 | Unexpectedly Falling Pregnant with PCOS - @ttorisstory | A note before you press play ❤️**This episode speaks openly about unexpected pregnancy, conception, and fertility. If you are currently on a trying to conceive journey, first, I want you to know I see you, love you, and I am sending you so much strength. This conversation is not meant to minimise the complexity, heartbreak or longing that can come with that path. If today isn't the day for this one, save it, come back when it feels right. And if it is, I truly believe there is so much hope and healing in Tori's story for you. This episode also touches on mental health, suicidal ideation and dark moments. If you are struggling please know you are not alone. Lifeline 13 11 14 🤍In this episode I am joined by my incredible friend and one of the realest humans on the internet misssss @ttoristory!Tori is 29 weeks pregnant with her miracle baby boy, and today she is sharing everything. Her journey as an elite acrobat, her PCOS diagnosis at 18, the years of working on her health naturally, and the pregnancy that absolutely nobody, including her, saw coming. We get into:- Being diagnosed with PCOS and what that moment actually felt like- 35 cysts on one ovary, 25 on the other, and what she did next- Why she refused surgery and medication and chose the long game instead- Going from 60 cysts to 3 with no medication.. just whole foods and nervous system work- The pullout method, one unplanned night, and two very strong lines- Falling pregnant on the first try after 6 years together, with PCOS and irregular periods- The pregnancy she didn't expect and the emotions that came with it- HG, losing 6kg, and hating 95% of pregnancy whilst being deeply grateful- What she would tell younger Tori in her darkest moments- Knowing your WHY as the only thing that gets you through. Tori is proof that when you do the work - the real, unglamorous, long game work, your body hears you. And that opinions placed on you about what is or isn't possible for your body are just that. Opinions. If you have ever been told your body can't do something… this episode is for you.Go follow Tori! you will never feel alone consuming her content 🤍 📲 @ttorisstory on Instagram, TikTok & YouTube 🎙️ Her podcast: Raw RealityAs always, it would mean the world to me to hear from you. | 4/21/26 | #8 | How to Become a Content Creator (What It Actually Takes) | Thank you for being here ❤️In this episode, I’m sharing the honest truth about building a social media following/ career in content creation… and why most people stay stuck. Because the reality is, a lot of people say they “want it”… but don’t actually do what it takes to get there. I talk about the difference between loving the outcome vs loving the process, and why that distinction will either make or break your consistency. We get into:Why you might not actually want this (and why that’s okay)The entitlement mindset that’s keeping people stuckWhy comparing yourself to established creators is holding you backThe truth about “blowing up” (and why it doesn’t build a career)Why personality will always outperform perfectionWhat it actually takes to grow Tips & TricksI also share some real talk on the parts no one speaks about - the slow seasons, the flops, the self-doubt… and how to keep going anyway. If you’ve been feeling stuck, discouraged, or questioning if you’re cut out for this… this is for you.As always, thank you so much for listening. It would mean the world to me to hear from you! | 4/14/26 | #7 | How To Find YOUR People. | YOUR PEOPLE ARE OUT THERE!In this episode I share my experience of feeling lost in friendships, questioning where I belonged, and genuinely wondering if I would ever find 'my people'.For a long time, it felt like everyone else had their people and I just didn’t. But instead of forcing connections that didn’t feel right - I grieved a lot of friendships that I thought were 'forever' and I made the decision to hold my standard of what I wanted in my friendships, even if that meant being alone. This episode is about what happened in those “lonely” years… and how they were actually the most important part of attracting the right friendships into my life.I also dive into:How to attract aligned friendshipsWhat you need to stop doing (that might be pushing the right people away)Who you need to become to call in the friendships you wantWhy forcing friendships never works, and what to do insteadAnd of course some big sister advice from me to you!If you’ve been feeling like you don’t quite fit, like your friendships aren’t fully aligned, or like you’re still searching for your people… this episode is for you.As always, thank you so much for listening. It would mean the world to me to hear from you! | 4/7/26 | #6 | STOP Trying To Have It All 'Figured Out' in Your 20's. | I’m SO happy you’re here! 💌In this episode, I’m talking about something I feel so strongly about and something that holds so many people back.I share my perspective on why your 20’s are not for certainty, how constantly needing a plan can disconnect you from what you truly want, and why following the “right path” can actually lead you further away from your own.I also dive into:The power of quitting (and why it’s actually a skill)The difference between quitting because it’s not for you vs. quitting because it’s hard“Choose your hard” and what that really meansWhy waiting for 100% certainty is slowing your life downLetting go of the pressure that you’re “running out of time”And I share a story that completely reframed success for men because the timeline you think you’re behind on… might not even be real.If you’ve been feeling lost, behind, or like you should have it all together by now… this episode is for you.As always, thank you so much for listening. Listen to This | I am SO happy you’re here 💌In this episode, I share the biggest lessons I learnt after leaving my hometown of 27 years, as a girl who loves her family more than anything.I talk about what actually happens when you leave, and normalise the discomfort that comes with growth… while still choosing to step away and pursue a different life for yourself.
