We are back! We recorded this episode back in early August - so it is one from the archives, but I am so delighted to get it out. Beth absolutely crushed 2024. She had an insane OCREC where she knocked 14s off her OCR100 time, and placed 3rd in the Elite field. We can't wait to see what she gets up to in 2025!
