About this episode
Troy Paff discusses the Texas Music Revolution Documentary and its impact on the community during the upcoming music festival in McKinney.
It’s a big week for Texas Music.. and especially my hometown of Historic Downtown McKinney! My guest this week is Troy Paff - director, writer and producer of @TMRfest.com/documentary coming out on streaming the same day as our festival downtown McKinney June 5th and 6th There are six outdoor stages and a plethora of red dirt, Americana, outlaw country blues and rock and soul gracing those stages. However the big news here is the documentary to be seen ALL across the country. It sheds such a great light on our community and after making the tour with the film festival circuit, we saw firsthand the excitement it brought to the moviegoers to visit our hidden gem of a town. Thanks to The Rook McKinney and The Guitar Sanctuary. Originally aired 05/31/2026 on 95.3 FM KHYI the Range in Dallas, TX.
