It's My SpectreVersary! A year ago today, I met Daniel Noah & Elijah Wood when I stepped on stage to share my experiences with Sleep Paralysis on the SVR Live Panel at The Philosophical Research Society. I hesitated for days, not sure if I was ready to speak publicly for the first time about my relationship to the unknown. At this point, a podcast was nowhere near top of mind for me.
