About this episode
Amy discusses the importance of alignment and how to utilize Human Design for personal growth and overcoming self-sabotage.
In today’s episode Amy goes into alignment, misalignment and working with our Human Design. We have an opportunity to optimize every aspect of our entire lives - the way that we think, our identities, our growth - by utilizing our HD to create limitless potential. On a human level, sometimes we decide to remain tangled because there’s something that’s serving our ego there - there’s a form of comfort, an odd safety. This comes from conditioning, old patterns, doubt within self and continuously sabotaging. We could still be moving and be so misaligned - repeating patterns, being in cycles that do not serve us - until we can’t move any more. When we begin to work with our HD this happens less intensely and there’s a whole other level to our HD when we have someone supporting what we can’t see. You were born for your alignment! You have the option to change everything. Make your moves and trust yourself to go where you want to go.
