Ladies and Gentleman, last week had that the absolute privilege to sit down and have a chat with a true Icon of 2 wheels. The GOAT of the enduro world… Graham ‘G Force’ Jarvis. Whilst the man himself was in town competing in the WHES and doing a few coaching schools along the way, we couldn’t pass on the opportunity to snag a chat with one of the most skilled human beings to ever ride 2 wheels. We are so stoked to finally bring you our first guest since the return of The Beers And Bikes Show. Michael Menchi, an absolute gun on 2 wheels and a man of many stories. From growing up and learning the craft of riding a motorcycle in a small town just outside of Wellington, New Zealand, to Riding for Factory Suzuki in Melbourne at the young age of 16, he has had many highs along the way racing in Aus, NZ and Internationally but also experienced very low lows like breaking his back at the peak of his career in a freak crash. If there was ever a person to walk (or ride) this earth that was the definition of 'living the MTB dream', it would be this man right here... Jackson Davis. An absolute menace on the bike, not to mention on the piss as well, this young buck from our very own backyard has been making a name for himself in the world of mountain biking over the last few years just doing what almost every true 2 wheel enthusiast dreams of and having a proper good time doing it to. Whilst Jackson was back home visiting WA after living it up in the good old NZ, he caught up with the boys to get everyone up to speed with all the wild adventures he has been on over recent years. Can we just introduce you all to one of the biggest GC’s we have ever met, the desert dog himself Luke Hayes. We first met this bloke at Kalgoorlie Desert race last year after a hard fought battle against our very own CC57 and knew almost instantly that we had to get this weapon on the show. Luke Hayes is a proper through and through desert racer out of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory, a multi time competitor at the world famous Finke Desert Race and has cracked the top 3 in recent years there, the latest rider to land a spot on the KTM Australia Desert racing team and is slowly becoming one of the biggest names in Australian Desert racing. This episode was a proper ripper and probably the funniest yet emotional episodes we have recorded to date. Arguably one of the most requested guests since day 1 of the beers and bikes show made their special appearance in the studio this week and what an awesome session it was. One of WA’s biggest names to come out of the junior ranks Kayden Minear along side his dad Dylan sat down with the boys to give us a glimpse into how this father and son team have achieved some incredible things in such a short period of time, racing all across Australia, winning 9 state titles, 7 Australian titles and even competing in the world titles around the globe.
