| 3/4/26 | ![]() The Bubbles Effect: Wednesday Power Hour with Morgan Rich | What if the real edge in business, leadership, and life isn’t moving faster… but slowing down?In this conversation, I’m joined by Morgan Rich, coach and author of The Invitation Beyond: Reclaiming Healthy Masculinity. Morgan’s work focuses on helping people reconnect with what they already know to be true, by stepping out of the noise, building daily practices, and learning how to navigate uncertainty with presence and clarity. We talk about what he calls “training for the unknown,” and why learning to be present in everyday moments can become one of the most powerful tools for entrepreneurs, leaders, and anyone trying to navigate a busy, complicated world.Morgan shares how small daily practices, even just five minutes of quiet reflection or breathwork, can help us regulate our nervous systems, make clearer decisions, and reconnect with the person we actually want to be.We also dive into:• Why awareness is the first step to meaningful change• How simple practices can build resilience in uncertain moments• The surprising connection between slowing down and better leadership• Why modern culture makes presence harder, and more important, than ever• Practical ways to start reconnecting with yourself todayIf you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, stretched thin, or like you’re constantly moving but not always aligned with what matters most… this conversation is a powerful reminder that clarity often comes when we pause long enough to listen.Grab your coffee (or your bubbles 🥂) and join us for this thoughtful, grounding conversation. You can learn more about Morgan and access his resources at: https://morganrich.com | — | ||||||
| 3/4/26 | ![]() The Bubbles Effect: Marketing + Mindset Monday 3/2 | In this quick Monday episode of The Bubbles Effect Podcast, I’m sharing a little marketing update and one mindset reminder that stuck with me this week.On the marketing side, there’s been a lot of chatter in the AI world over the past few days. Apparently more than a million users left ChatGPT over the weekend after news that OpenAI will allow the U.S. Department of Defense to deploy its AI models within classified networks. That sparked a pretty big reaction online, with a lot of people exploring other tools like Claude and a few others.Since I talk about AI quite a bit, and even built my custom GPT, Stella, inside ChatGPT, I think it's interesting to watch how quickly things can shift in the tech world. I share a little about the differences I’ve noticed between ChatGPT and Claude, especially when it comes to things like messaging, content ideas, and brand voice. Then on the mindset side, I share something that really stuck with me during my run this morning while listening to the classic book As a Man Thinketh by James Allen. It’s a really short read from 1903, but the message is timeless. ✨One line in particular stood out to me: “The world is your kaleidoscope.” It’s a reminder that while the world can feel pretty chaotic sometimes, the perspective we choose to take still matters. Our thoughts shape our emotions, our habits, and ultimately the direction of our lives. So this episode is just a quick check-in to start the week with some marketing news, a little mindset, and a reminder that even small perspective shifts can make a big difference. And quick note: the Bubbles Effect Newsletter will now be going out every other Saturday instead of weekly. If you want to join, you can sign up at nb.marketing/resourcesThanks for listening, and I hope you have a great week! | — | ||||||
| 2/19/26 | ![]() The Bubbles Effect: Wednesday Power Hour with Tim Delaney | What if the fastest path to financial freedom isn’t launching something new… but buying something that already works? 🤔In this week’s Power Hour, I’m joined by Tim Delaney, entrepreneur, real estate investor, and host of Business Buying for Financial Independence, to talk about the real power behind business acquisition.More than a decade ago, Tim bought a small local business with almost no experience and very little cash down. That one move changed everything. 🍷And here’s what we unpack in this short, high-impact conversation:⚡ Why “I don’t have enough money” is usually a myth⚡ How SBA loans and seller financing actually make deals possible⚡ The massive opportunity created by retiring business owners⚡ Why you should never go in and overhaul a successful business on Day One⚡ How Tim used early YouTube videos inspired by Gary Vaynerchuk to grow his wine & liquor store⚡ And why engaging on social media might matter more than constantly postingWe also talk brick-and-mortar vs. franchises, evergreen YouTube strategy, and the confidence hurdle that keeps most people from ever making the leap.If you’ve ever thought about:Owning a businessCreating financial independenceOr stepping into something already profitable instead of building from zeroThis Power Hour will expand what feels possible.Because sometimes the boldest move isn’t starting from scratch. It’s stepping into momentum. 💥Connect with Tim here: https://powerofbiz.com | — | ||||||
| 2/14/26 | ![]() The Bubbles Effect Classic Bubbly Convo with Casey Muze | Happy Friday, y'all! Which means, it's time for a classic bubbly conversation 🥂This week I sit down with rhythm-loving speaker and music therapist Casey Muse to talk about something we don’t discuss nearly enough as entrepreneurs: regulation, resilience, and the power of rhythm. 🎶Casey believes the brain listens better when the hands are moving, and once you hear him explain it, you’ll never think about leadership, trauma, or discipline the same way again. 🫶We dive into:How rhythm and neuroscience work together to regulate the nervous systemWhy trauma isn’t just a “red flag,” but information your body is holdingThe connection between memory, emotional response, and leadershipWhat resilience actually looks like when momentum disappearsWhy discipline, not motivation, is the real key to long-term successAnd the quiet truth behind “you’re just not good enough yet” (in the best way)Casey shares his journey from drumming on pots and pans at age two to building a music therapy practice, mentoring young men through his programs, and speaking nationally about rhythm, regulation, and resilience. 🥁We also talk entrepreneurship, storytelling as marketing, weekly cigar rituals, Dutch Bros coffee, and flip the script at the end so he interviews me back (which was way more fun than I expected!). This one is deep, honest, a little nerdy (in the best neuroscience way), and packed with perspective for any business owner who’s ever felt overwhelmed, burned out, or like their momentum disappeared. If you’ve been pushing nonstop without pausing to regulate your own nervous system… this conversation might be your reminder. ❤️Connect with Casey here: cmuze@avenuespeak.info | — | ||||||
| 2/11/26 | ![]() The Bubbles Effect: Wednesday Power Hour with Jordan Ostroff | What if building a successful law firm (or small business) didn’t require sacrificing your life, your health… or your flip flops? 🩴In this power hour episode, I sit down with Jordan Ostroff, law firm owner, CEO mentor, and founder of Lawyer With a Life , to talk about what it really takes to design a business that supports your life instead of consuming it.Jordan went from working 70+ hours a week, drowning in debt, and feeling completely burned out… to rebuilding his firm from the ground up after cutting $140,000 in bad marketing. Today, he works just 24 hours a week, by choice, and teaches other law firm owners how to do the same. And one thing he makes very clear?Working yourself into the ground is not a badge of honor. It’s not “risk” to change. The real risk is staying stuck. 💯We dive into:Why “burn it down and rebuild” isn’t as risky as you thinkThe mental health crisis in the legal profession (and why it matters)How multi-impact events (think golf + networking + fun) generate more business than Google AdsWhy you should live off your calendar, not your inboxThe delegation mindset shift most entrepreneurs get wrongHow to use AI to prepare for better delegationAnd why even Andy Warhol built a factory instead of doing everything himself 🎨Jordan also shares practical steps you can take today:✔️ Delegate one thing✔️ Add one multi-impact event to your calendar✔️ Start designing your ideal month , not just surviving your current oneThis episode is about designing a better life so you can build a better business and proving to yourself that you’re capable of more than you think. ❤️If you’ve ever felt buried in your own success… this one’s for you.Connect with Jordan here:JordanOstroff.com or find him on social as @lawyerwithalife.And as always, if something resonates, don’t just nod along, take one action in the next 30 minutes!Because just like bubbles… we rise to the top 🥂 | — | ||||||
| 2/7/26 | ![]() The Bubbles Effect Classic Bubbly Convo with Krystal Jugarap | It's Friday which means it's a classic bubbly convo 🥂This week I sip and chat with Krystal Jugarap, brand visibility strategist and founder of EM/POWEREDbyWMN, a national community uplifting women entrepreneurs through connection, collaboration, and sustainable visibility. 📣We dive into Krystal’s journey from creative side projects and product launches to building a thriving, hybrid community that supports hundreds of women across the country. We talk about what sustainable visibility really looks like (spoiler: it’s not being everywhere all the time), why community beats hustle every time, and how showing up consistently, even when it feels uncomfortable, can completely change the trajectory of your business.Krystal also opens up about motherhood, entrepreneurship, leaving the 9–5, and why she believes work-life “balance” is really more of a dance. 💃 Plus, we get into events, systems, AI tools she loves, and how empowered women supporting other women creates momentum that no algorithm can replicate.Grab your drink, get comfy, and tune in for an honest, inspiring conversation about building visibility, confidence, and community, without burning yourself out. 🥂Connect with Krystal here: www.empoweredbywmn.comIG: @iamkrystalj | — | ||||||
| 2/4/26 | ![]() The Bubbles Effect: Wednesday Power Hour with Christina Bulkilvish | In today’s episode of The Bubbles Effect, I’m joined by Christina Bulkilvish for an honest, grounded conversation about rebuilding self-trust, identity, and confidence after major life shifts. ✨Christina shares her powerful personal journey, from surviving a domestic violence relationship to a career upheaval, and a life-altering concussion, to ultimately choosing herself, quitting her job, and stepping into a life of solo travel and purpose. We talk about how those experiences shaped her work helping ambitious people stop overthinking, break limiting patterns, and start creating lives they’re genuinely excited to wake up to.We dive into what solo travel teaches you about resilience and self-trust, how to rebuild your identity after heartbreak or a big transition, and why keeping small promises to yourself is one of the most powerful ways to move forward, in life and in business. ❤️Christina also shares practical, actionable ways to get out of your own way, overcome analysis paralysis, and reconnect with what actually feels aligned, rather than what you think you should be doing. This is a quick, thoughtful and encouraging conversation about choosing yourself, taking small steps, and remembering that growth doesn’t have to be complicated to be meaningful.✨ Topics we cover:Rebuilding after major life shiftsSolo travel and resilienceSelf-trust, confidence, and identityOvercoming overthinking and analysis paralysisTaking aligned action in life and businessI loved this conversation and I think you will too!Connect with Christina here: confidencecoachchristina.com | — | ||||||
| 2/3/26 | ![]() The Bubbles Effect: Marketing + Mindset Monday | It’s Monday, February 2nd, and in this short Marketing + Mindset episode of The Bubbles Effect, I’m sharing the most-clicked link from last week’s newsletter, plus a mindset thought that’s been sitting with me in a big way!On the marketing side, I’m diving into a brand-new social platform called Moltbook, a social network built entirely for AI agents. Humans aren’t allowed to participate (we can only observe), and it’s already sparked a lot of curiosity about how AI bots interact, collaborate, and create on their own. It’s not traditional social media, but it’s fascinating to watch where this could lead. 🤖Then we shift into mindset.I share a quote that stopped me mid-scroll: “You have to be aggressive about living the life you want.” ✨It sparked some honest reflection around time, goals, visibility, and the ways we sometimes hide behind being “busy” instead of being intentional. I open up about what’s been holding me back, especially when it comes to being visible, and why I know that has to change if I want the life I’m working toward.I’ll leave you with one simple question to think about this week:Are you aggressively going after the life you want to live and if not, why?As always, this is a quick episode meant to get you thinking, grounded, and moving forward as you start your week. Thanks for listening, and I’ll be back with great conversations later this week. 🥂Read the article here: https://www.nbcnews.com/tech/tech-news/ai-agents-social-media-platform-moltbook-rcna256738 | — | ||||||
| 1/31/26 | ![]() The Bubbles Effect Classic Bubbly Convo with Andrea Nanigian | Life doesn’t always follow the plan we so carefully map out and this conversation is a powerful reminder of what can happen when it doesn’t.In today’s classic bubbly chat, I’m joined by Andrea Nanigian, a former corporate sales leader whose life took an unexpected turn when her son became suddenly and seriously ill. What followed was a years-long season of caregiving, resilience, and redefining who she was outside of her career. That journey ultimately led her to create This Way Up, a podcast supporting parents and caregivers navigating mental health challenges, and later to launch Car Oracle, a white-glove auto concierge service for busy executives. We talk about what it really means to start over, how life’s hardest seasons can prepare you for entrepreneurship, and why humor, adaptability, and “just doing the thing” matter more than having a perfect plan. We also dive into marketing lessons, organic growth, using AI as a thinking partner, and why trust and relationships still win, especially in industries where skepticism runs high. This is one of those real, honest, life-didn’t-go-as-planned conversations with champagne, Diet Coke bubbles, and plenty of perspective along the way.Pour yourself something bubbly and settle in. 🥂Connect with Andrea here: www.caroracle.com www.thiswayuppodcast.com | — | ||||||
| 1/29/26 | ![]() The Bubbles Effect: Wednesday Power Hour with Scott DuPont | In this episode of The Bubbles Effect, I’m joined by Scott Dupont, aka The Movie Finance Guy , and this conversation completely reframed how I think about funding, marketing, and building anything from the ground up.Scott has raised over $10 million for independent films, but what makes this episode so powerful is how transferable his insights are for any entrepreneur or creator. We talk about his unexpected path from corporate marketing at Xerox, to entrepreneurship, to becoming a working actor, producer, and now a go-to expert in film finance. 🎥We break down:Why marketing has to come first... before the product, service, or film is even madeHow to think about funding like an entrepreneur (not just “bootstrapping”)The importance of building the right team with real experienceWhy having “skin in the game” matters more than the dollar amountWhere investors actually come from (and when not to approach strangers)Creative ways to use crowdfunding, equity, and even product placement as long-term marketing playsScott also shares how movies are essentially startups, why gross revenue beats profit-based promises, and how entrepreneurs today are living in a true renaissance of opportunity thanks to podcasts, social media, and digital reach. 📲If you’ve ever thought about starting a business, raising money, launching a creative project, or even investing in one , this episode will give you a whole new lens.🥂 Plus, Scott shares details about his podcast Finance Your Movie and offers advice for anyone sitting on a story or idea they’d love to bring to life! It's a great conversation that you don't want to miss! | 1/27/26 | ![]() The Bubbles Effect: Monday Marketing + Mindset | It’s a Monday episode of The Bubbles Effect, which means I’m sharing the most-clicked link from last week’s Friday newsletter, plus a mindset reset to start your week strong.🙌This week, I'm talking about the recent shakeup with TikTok, what the platform changes mean for creators and business owners, and why some users are already experimenting with new social platforms. On the mindset side, I dive into the idea of creating an unbreakable mindset, inspired by a talk rooted in the teachings of Napoleon Hill. I explore self-talk, discipline, repetition, and why success often comes down to the conversations you’re having with yourself... especially when things feel hard or uncertain. ❤️If you’re navigating change in your business (or life) and need a grounded way to refocus, this episode is for you. P.S ✨ Something new is coming next week... built for business owners who want clarity, momentum, and support. | 1/21/26 | ![]() The Bubbles Effect: Wednesday Power Hour with Amanda Spann | This week on The Bubbles Effect, I sit down with Amanda Spann, author, entrepreneur, and one of the leading voices helping non-technical founders turn ideas into apps without losing their sanity (or their savings). 💸If you’ve ever thought, “I think my business might need an app… but I have no idea where to start,” this conversation is for you.Amanda shares her own journey from the music industry into tech, how imposter syndrome almost kept her out of the space entirely, and what finally shifted when she realized you don’t need to be a coder (or live in a dark basement fueled by Mountain Dew, ha) to build powerful software. We talk honestly about the mistakes she made building her first app, why so many founders lose time and money in the process, and how things have dramatically changed thanks to AI, no-code, and low-code tools. We also dig into one of my favorite parts of the conversation: how to know if you even need an app at all. Amanda breaks down her “vitamin vs. painkiller vs. oxygen” framework, shares real examples of when an app makes sense (and when it doesn’t), and explains why lived experience and domain expertise are now the biggest competitive advantage in tech.Plus, we talk about her upcoming book, I Have an App Idea, which walks founders step-by-step through building a revenue-ready app, without tech skills, and why this moment in time is one of the most accessible ever for everyday innovators. 💥If you’re curious about apps, AI, GPTs, scalability, or how technology can actually give you time back instead of creating more overwhelm, you’re going to love this episode 🥂Connect with Amanda here: Theappaccelerator.com@theamandaspannPreorder her book here: https://www.amazon.com/Have-App-Idea-Essential-Building/dp/1964686571 | — | ||||||
| 12/4/25 | ![]() The Bubbles Effect: Wednesday Power Hour with Laura Aura | Hey y'all! Today I’m back after a three-week break (a little rusty and with less-than-perfect audio 🙈), but this conversation is SO worth the listen. In this episode of The Bubbles Effect, I’m joined by Laura Aura, dynamic speaker, personal growth coach, and host of The Gutsy Podcast. We talk about what it really looks like to make “gutsy moves” in life and business 🙌Laura opens up about growing up in a toxic environment, finding her voice through podcasting, and how becoming a mom was the catalyst for changing everything. ✨ We dig into intuition, burnout, people-pleasing, and that sneaky habit of building businesses that don’t actually feel good anymore. You’ll hear us chat about:Why gutsy moves are often tiny daily decisions...not just huge life pivotsHow to audit your business for alignment (and what to ruthlessly let go of)Using your body and intuition as a compass instead of just “shoulds” and hustleThe importance of fun, connection, and actually liking the business you’ve builtQuick heads up: the sound quality isn’t my best on this one (still working out kinks with tools and waiting on new equipment!), but the conversation is awesome, especially if you’ve been feeling the nudge to change something in your business or life.Connect with Laura at lauraaura.com and find The Gutsy Podcast wherever you listen. 💛Thanks for tuning in and I’m so happy to be back, and I’ll see you on Friday for more mindset, marketing, and momentum (and some champers) 🥂 | — | ||||||
