Inside this 12-minute reset, you’ll be guided through: — Gentle awareness of where stress lives in your body — Simple tension-and-release exercises (hands, shoulders, face) — Light shaking and movement to discharge built-up energy — Grounding breathwork to return to stillness and safety This is not about doing it perfectly.
