If you’re looking to lose weight this year, then this episode of the podcast is definitely for you, as I am giving you the blueprint for losing at least twenty pounds in 2023! This blueprint is a long-term plan for sustainable weight loss; it is not a quick fix. If that meets your needs right now, then listen in. I have seen this episode's guest grow over the past couple of years on Twitter. JK Molina has grown a very successful coaching business which he has done coming from Guatemala with English being his second language. I have actually known today's guest for quite some time! Adam Lane Smith is a former psychologist turned attachment coach with a couple hundred thousand followers on TikTok and a strong following on Twitter, and he and I talk in this episode about, among other things, how attachments impact every single aspect of our lives. Adam defines attachment as how we connect with other human beings and give love to and receive love from them. What is the difference between healthy attachment and unhealthy attachment, and how do we know when the attachment is unhealthy?
