Pride didn't start in June. It didn't start in San Francisco. It didn't start with a protest or a parade or a political movement. According to Scripture, pride is the oldest sin in existence — and it was committed by an angel before a human ever drew breath. In Episode 15 of The Final Watch, Ricky, Erik, and Daniel trace the full biblical and historical arc of pride: where it was born, how it spread, what it has become, and the only thing that has ever defeated it. We open in heaven. Isaiah 14 and Ezekiel 28 give us the origin — a perfect, glorious being whose heart became proud because of his own beauty, who spoke five "I will" statements against God and fell from the highest place in creation. That same spirit entered the Garden in Genesis 3, and the pitch hasn't changed in thousands of years: "You will be like God." Satan didn't tempt Eve with violence or lust. He tempted her with self-deification. Be your own god. Define your own good and evil. That single lie is the root system underneath everything we examine in this episode. From the Garden we move through the biblical pattern — Baal Peor in Numbers 25, where Israel's sexual immorality didn't come first. Idolatry came first. Worship went wrong, then everything downstream followed. This is exactly the sequence Paul lays out in Romans 1, and it is the exact sequence playing out in Western culture right now. We cover Asherah and fertility worship, Sodom and Gomorrah through the full lens of Ezekiel 16 (where God names pride as Sodom's first sin before naming the abomination), and the ancient spiritual template that keeps repeating itself across history. Then we move into the modern world. We trace the LGBT movement from the Sexual Revolution forward, examine the role of Kabbalah and Jewish mysticism in the ideological foundations of the sexual revolution, cover the Mother of Pride Month Brenda Howard, and look at Israel's connection to the global LGBT agenda including transgender clinics and the largest pride festival held at the Dead Sea. We examine how Kabbalistic theology — with its divine gender polarity, its doctrine of Tikkun Olam, and the Sabbatean strand that literally taught sin as a redemptive act — laid spiritual groundwork for treating sexual expression as sacred regardless of its form. We break down the four modern idols: self-defined identity, self-defined morality, sexual autonomy as a sacrament, and identity politics as a counterfeit gospel complete with its own sin, confession, baptism, saints, and heretics — everything except a Savior and forgiveness. We also address transhumanism and Neuralink, framing the push toward human-machine merger as the oldest temptation rebuilt in silicon. The promise of eternal life, perfected minds, and self-engineered salvation with no cross and no God. We've heard this pitch before. It came from a serpent in a garden. The pivot of the episode is Philippians 2:5–11. Lucifer was a creature who grasped at being God. Jesus was God who became a servant. The Incarnation is the anti-pride — the deepest descent in the universe producing the highest exaltation. While every idol we name tells you to climb, Christ stooped. The way up in God's kingdom is down. We close with the Christian stance — the difference between a church that preaches the full gospel and one that has traded repentance for affirmation, the three key biblical passages on sexuality and sin, and the word that changes everything in 1 Corinthians 6:11: "and such were some of you." This is not an episode about who is excluded. It is an episode about who gets transformed. If pride says "I am my own," the gospel says you were bought with a price — and that is not bad news. Being your own god is exhausting. It is a throne you were never built to sit on. There is a King who already came down to get you. THE DEAD RESEARCHERS — A TIMELINE THAT DEMANDS ANSWERS Something is happening to the people who know too much. We break down a disturbing pattern of scientists, researchers, and military officials connected to exotic propulsion, nuclear physics, and UAP investigation who have died or disappeared in a short window: Amy Eskridge – Anti-gravity and exotic propulsion researcher. Died 2022. Ruled gunshot suicide. Monica Reza – Director at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Disappeared June 2025 while hiking in Angeles National Forest. Never found. Joshua LeBlanc – Nuclear propulsion specialist. Died July 2025 in a fiery Tesla crash. Nuno Loureiro – Nuclear physics and plasma science. Shot dead in his home December 2025, allegedly by a former classmate. Carl Grillmair – Astrophysicist. Shot dead on his porch February 2026. William McCasland – Former Commander of the Air Force Research Laboratory, linked directly to UAP investigations. Disappeared February 2026 from his home. David Wilcock – Prominent voice in the disclosure movement advocating for the release of secret government information on extraterrestrial life. Died April 20th — ruled gunshot suicide. The common thread? Nearly all of them were connected to exotic propulsion technologies — systems that potentially allow vehicles to move at extreme speeds, change direction instantly, or defy gravity without traditional fuel, exhaust, or wings. The same capabilities observed in UAPs. As Proverbs 12:17 says, "An honest witness tells the truth, but a false witness tells lies." We have to ask — are these witnesses being silenced? WHAT IS ACTUALLY BEING DISCLOSED? May 2026 marked a turning point: the government officially confirmed the existence of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs). And we're not just talking about things in the sky anymore. The term UAP has replaced "UFO" because the scope is wider — air, sea, and land — and the emphasis is now on "anomalous data," not just flying objects. We also dig into USOs — Unidentified Submerged Objects — with thousands of sightings documented off the coasts of Florida and California. These objects demonstrate trans-medium capabilities, high-speed tracking via military sonar, and movements exceeding 100MPH underwater with zero propulsion. The disclosure is now coming from multiple government bodies simultaneously: the Pentagon, the White House, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Department of Energy, the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), NASA, and yes — Kash Patel. We can't even agree to release the Epstein files, yet this ongoing investigation is being opened up by every major government body at once. Why now? WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY ABOUT ALIENS? This is where the conversation gets powerful. Pastors including Tennessee-based evangelist Perry Stone have publicly stated they were warned that upcoming UAP disclosures could shake the foundations of Christian faith. But why specifically Christian faith? What could the existence of alien life contradict in the Bible? We answer that — and flip it. For us, this doesn't shake the foundation. It makes it more firm. Consider Daniel 2:22: "He reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what lies in darkness, and light dwells with him." God has always known what's out there. We weren't told everything — and that's intentional. We also explore the encouraging possibility: could these beings be connected to the angels or saints described throughout Scripture? Hebrews 13:2 reminds us, "Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it." The Bible is full of beings that defy human categories. Meanwhile, JD Vance went on record saying aliens are demons. We're taking the opposite approach — believe the inverse of what politicians say. As Jesus warned in Matthew 24:4, "Watch out that no one deceives you." And as we close: believe nothing of what you hear, and only 50% of what you see. IS TRUMP FORCING BIBLICAL PROPHECY? We go there. Donald Trump has made multiple statements and decisions that, when you stack them, look less like politics and more like a script. He publicly stated he would be the last president Christians would ever need to vote for. He's overseeing the construction of a ballroom and the Arch of Apollo. Then there's the emergence of Hantavirus — is this Covid 2.0? A distraction? Population control? Or does it carry a biblical echo of a third being struck down? And his February push for UAP transparency — while running the least transparent administration in memory. 2 Thessalonians 2:3 warns, "Don't let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed." We're not calling names — but we are asking questions.
