Phil Muller is a passionate foiler and lifelong waterman who grew up windsurfing before finding his way to the world of foils. Known for his dedication to high-performance sailing and athlete development, Phil is currently the Youth Performance Manager at US Sailing, where he helps shape the future of the sport for the next generation. He’s coached the USA Youth Sailing World Championship teams and played a key role in the New York Yacht Club’s American Magic Youth and Women’s America’s Cup programs. Beyond sailing, Phil’s love for foiling fuels his constant pursuit of progression and community building within the sport
