I break down each of the first four trumpets—judgments on the earth, sea, rivers, and heavens—showing their parallels to the plagues of Egypt and how they progressively intensify as God both judges and still extends mercy, calling people to repent. We look at the prayers of the tribulation martyrs, what the silence in heaven may signify, why “third part” appears repeatedly, how Wormwood bittering the waters connects to Israel’s role as the “salt of the earth,” and why these signs make clear we are not yet in the Tribulation.
