| 6/3/26 | ![]() Lexus & Luce | The Motor Crew | 05-28-26 | This week on The Motor Crew, we're talking convertibles, questionable decisions, and some of the best enthusiast cars you can still buy without completely draining your bank account. We kick things off with inventory at Kasser Motor Group. The 2022 M4 Competition in Tanzanite Blue over Kyalami has officially sold, along with the killer 997 Carrera S. The 1992 600SL is headed to Bring a Trailer, while the GMC Sierra 2500 Denali, Voodoo Blue 991.2 Carrera 4S Cabriolet, and a beautiful 993 Cabriolet remain available. As always, we're looking to buy the right cars. At Service House of Precision, we check in on what's moving through the shop this week and what projects have everyone's attention. We also follow up on last week's Red Flag Car of the Week, the 1989 Porsche 928 S4 5 speed. Despite all the reasons to be nervous, it sold for $30,000, proving once again that enthusiasts will always find a way to justify questionable decisions. That brings us to this week's Red Flag Car of the Week: a 2001 Mercedes-Benz CL500 listed for just $4,777. At that price, it's hard not to start making excuses. Unfortunately, timing chains, suspension issues, and old luxury car maintenance don't care how cheap the purchase price was. Then we discuss what may be Tony Kasser's dream daily driver: a one of one Porsche Cayenne convertible conversion. Ridiculous? Absolutely. But after a wheel swap and a few cosmetic changes, is it actually kind of cool? We spend far too much time debating whether we'd drive it. As always, we dive into a few bargain roadsters and enthusiast cars that caught our attention this week, proving that some of the most enjoyable automotive experiences still don't require six figure budgets. Thank you to our sponsor, Main Line Dental Club. They're redefining dental care with a membership based model that skips traditional insurance and focuses on transparency, comfort, and quality care. Their Paoli office is built around patient experience, with TVs above every chair and a full comfort menu including things like weighted blankets and noise canceling headphones. If you've been putting off the dentist, this is the place to change that. Check them out and tell them the Motor Crew sent you. Follow us on Instagram at @KasserMG | — | ||||||
| 5/27/26 | ![]() Red Flag Cars | The Motor Crew | 05-21-26 | Ferrari for Prius Money | The Motor Crew | 05.21.26 This week on The Motor Crew, we dive into questionable decisions, wild auction results, and the kinds of cars that make absolutely no sense… which usually means we want them even more. We kick things off with inventory at Kasser Motor Group. Current lineup includes a 1992 600SL, GMC Sierra 2500 Denali, a 991.2 Carrera 4S Cabriolet in Voodoo Blue, a 2022 M4 Competition in Tanzanite Blue over Kyalami, plus a killer 997 Carrera S and 993 Cabriolet in full Crable Spec© form. As always, we're looking to buy the right cars. At Service House of Precision, we check in on what's happening around the shop this week. Then we introduce the newest recurring segment… Red Flag Car of the Week. Myles brings a 1989 Porsche 928 S4 5 speed on Bring a Trailer to the table. Clean example, rare manual, and potentially an absolute nightmare. We break down why cars like this are simultaneously terrible ideas and impossible to ignore, then place our bets on where the auction will end. We also revisit some recent auction results, including a one owner 2011 Mercedes Benz C63 AMG that sold for just $23,750 and a manual 2012 BMW 135i that hammered at $10,100. We compare the two and debate which one is the better enthusiast buy right now. Then we stumble across one of the coolest random finds of the week. A right hand drive Japanese market Volvo 850R wagon sitting in Woodstown, New Jersey. Swedish wagon. Turbo. RHD. Enough said. We also talk about Stellantis continuing to completely lose their minds in the best way possible with the return of Hemi powered "Rumble Bee" trucks, including a 770 horsepower Hellcat version capable of 170 mph. Naturally, we have opinions. To wrap things up, we discuss the latest Mecum Indy auction results and why prices on certain enthusiast cars just keep climbing. Thank you to our sponsor, Main Line Dental Club. They're redefining dental care with a membership based model that skips traditional insurance and focuses on transparency, comfort, and quality care. | 5/19/26 | ![]() Ferrari for Prius Money| The Motor Crew | 05-14-26 | This week on The Motor Crew, we ask a dangerous question… what exotic are you buying for the price of a new Prius? We kick things off with inventory at Kasser Motor Group. Current lineup includes a 1992 600SL, 2001 SL500, GMC Sierra 2500 Denali, a 991.2 Carrera 4S Cabriolet in Voodoo Blue, and a 2022 M4 Competition in Tanzanite Blue over Kyalami. On the way in, a killer 997 Carrera S and a 993 Cabriolet in what we're calling Crable Spec. As always, we're looking to buy the right cars. At Service House of Precision, we check in on what's going on in the shop this week. Then we get into our Irrational Desire of the Week. A 1985 Ferrari Mondial Quattrovalvole that checks every box for a potential bad decision. Cheap Ferrari? Questionable history? Weird spec? Some electrical stories? It's the perfect Red Flag Special. The kind of car that makes no sense… but you can't stop thinking about it. That leads into the Motor Crew Challenge. If you had about 45k, what exotic are you buying? No Porsches allowed. The answers get interesting fast. We also touch on the Lotus Emira moving toward a new hybrid drivetrain, and whether that shift takes away from what made the car appealing in the first place. In What We Like This Week, we follow up on a few auctions. The Miata swapped MGB GT sold for $29,500 and still feels like a steal. A 2010 CL63 AMG with the naturally aspirated 6.2 liter V8 went for just $22,500, which raises some serious questions about value. We also review our Bring a Trailer bets on a 1999 Porsche 911 Carrera… and all of us were high. Hammer price came in at $41,500. We also look ahead at a one owner 2011 C63 AMG and a manual 2012 BMW 135i and debate which one makes more sense as an entry level performance car. And then… the shocker. A 2006 Ferrari F430 that hammered for $485,000. Yes, really. We try to make sense of it. | 5/12/26 | ![]() BaT Bets | The Motor Crew | 05-07-26 | This week on The Motor Crew, we get into what's selling, what's interesting, and where the market might be heading next. We kick things off with inventory at Kasser Motor Group. The Saleen Mustang just sold on Bring a Trailer for 38 grand, while current inventory includes a 1992 600SL, 2001 SL500, and a GMC Sierra 2500 Denali. Coming soon, a 991.2 Carrera 4S Cabriolet in Voodoo Blue and a 2022 M4 Competition in Tanzanite Blue over Kyalami. As always, we're looking to buy the right cars. At Service House of Precision, we check in on what's happening in the shop and what's keeping the team busy this week. Then we get into some of the cars that caught our attention. A fully sorted 1967 MGB GT with a Miata drivetrain swap that actually fixes everything people complain about with the original. A 2010 Mercedes Benz CL63 AMG with the naturally aspirated 6.2 liter V8, pillarless coupe styling, and serious presence. And a simple, clean 1999 Porsche 911 Carrera that makes a strong case for one of the most accessible ways into a proper 911. We also found a few auctions this week on Bring a Trailer that we were intrigued by, so we all placed bets on where we think they'll end. It turned into a fun debate and might be the start of a new segment on the show. We also talk market trends. Hybrid sales are climbing, EVs are slowing down, and the broader used car market may be starting to soften due to affordability. What does that mean for specialty and enthusiast cars, where the rules don't always follow the mainstream? We also introduce a new idea for the show. Each week, we pick a few auctions on Bring a Trailer that we're intrigued by and place bets on where we think they'll end. It turns into a mix of market knowledge, gut instinct, and a little bit of competition between the crew. Could this be a new recurring segment? To wrap it up, we get into the world of high end restomods. Singer, Gunther Werks, and the newly revealed "Endgame" Speedster. Are these the ultimate expression of classic cars, or are they pushing things too far? Thank you to our sponsor, Main Line Dental Club. | 4/27/26 | ![]() Car Event Fatigue? | The Motor Crew | 04-23-26 | This week on The Motor Crew, it's the usual mix of what's for sale, what's moving, and what's happening in the car world right now. We kick things off with inventory at Kasser Motor Group. The 2022 SL63 and 2001 SLK 230 are sold, while the lineup includes a Restomod Chevelle, 2018 GT3 in Lava Orange, 1992 600SL, 2001 SL500, and a GMC Sierra 2500 Denali. The V70R has officially sold on Bring a Trailer, and let's just say… Volvo people are a different breed. As always, we're looking to buy the right cars. We also talk about what's coming next, with the Chevelle heading to Bring a Trailer soon along with a Saleen Fox Body Mustang that should be interesting to watch. At Service House of Precision, we check in on what's going on in the shop and what's keeping the team busy this week. Then we get into the return of the Camaro. It's coming back for 2028, and the big question is whether it keeps what actually matters. A V8? A manual? Or something completely different? We also dive into the local car scene. Cars and Coffee events pulling 3000 plus people. Is that a good thing, or has it gotten too big? We talk about how those events used to feel, what's changed, and why a lot of enthusiasts miss the smaller, more personal meets. Thank you to our sponsor, Main Line Dental Club. | 4/20/26 | ![]() Top Goes Down…Price Goes Up | The Motor Crew | 04-16-26 | This week on The Motor Crew, we bounce between what's moving, what's interesting, and what's coming back in a big way. We kick things off with inventory updates at Kasser Motor Group. The 2022 SL63 and 2001 SLK 230 are officially sold, while the lineup now includes a Restomod Chevelle, 2018 GT3 in Lava Orange, 1992 600SL, 2001 SL500, a V70R currently live on Bring a Trailer, and a GMC Sierra 2500 Denali. And yes… the 1997 Camaro Z28 is still here. As always, we're looking to buy the right cars. At Service House of Precision, we check in on what's moving through the shop this week and what's keeping the guys busy. Then we get into some of our favorite finds online. The V70R auction is already heating up and we debate whether the Volvo crowd will bring it home strong. A 2006 BMW Z4 M Roadster with low miles makes a case for one of the best analog driving experiences out there. A V12 Vantage reminds us how special Aston Martin can be, and an LS swapped Jaguar XJ-R with California approval might be one of the wildest builds we've seen in a while. We also break down the news that the Camaro is officially coming back for 2028. Shared Cadillac platform, possible AWD, and maybe even a four door. Is that a good thing, or are they risking what made the Camaro special? To wrap it up, we get into convertibles. Why some cars gain value when the top comes down and others don't, and why Italian cars seem to play by a completely different set of rules. Thank you to our sponsor, Main Line Dental Club. They're redefining dental care with a membership based model that skips traditional insurance and focuses on transparency, comfort, and quality care. | 3/23/26 | ![]() An Orange and Green Spring | The Motor Crew | 03-19-26 | This week on The Motor Crew, it's all about the moments that make car ownership worth it. The stories, the risks, and the reasons we do it in the first place. We start with what's moving at Kasser Motor Group. The Jaguar is gone, replaced by a 1997 Camaro Z28. The Cullinan and the 2012 Mustang GT Boss have both sold. Still in the lineup, a 2000 Porsche 911 Aerokit car, a 2022 SL63 AMG, a Restomod Chevelle, and a 2018 GT3 in Lava Orange that has everyone talking. As always, we're actively looking to buy the right cars. In the shop at Service House of Precision, we installed a Soul Performance exhaust on a client's 991.2 GT3 Touring. The sound alone is a reminder of why cars still matter. We also dive into a wild local story out of Philadelphia involving a multi million dollar luxury car title washing scheme. Allegations of stolen vehicles, fraudulent titles, and millions of dollars moving through the system. It sparks a conversation around trust, risk, and how deals can go very wrong if you're not careful. We also touch on some exciting new inventory hitting the ground, including that Lava Orange GT3, and why sometimes the best decisions in car ownership aren't the safest ones… they're the ones that make the best stories. Thank you to our sponsor, Main Line Dental Club, for supporting The Motor Crew. | 3/16/26 | ![]() The Motor Crew | Sedans and Minvans | 03-12-26 | Sedans and Minivans | The Motor Crew | 03.12.26 This week on The Motor Crew, we talk about the changing landscape of the automotive world and ask the question… are big luxury sedans officially dead? We start with what's happening at Kasser Motor Group. The Jaguar XJ8-L is still in the mix along with the Cullinan, a 2016 BMW 435i Individual M Sport, 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xe with a new battery, a 2000 Porsche 911 Aerokit car, the 2022 SL63 AMG, a 2012 Mustang GT Boss, a Restomod Chevelle, and a Macan. As always, we're actively looking to buy interesting enthusiast cars. In the shop at Service House of Precision, Bentleys and Fiskers keep things interesting as the crew talks about what's coming through the doors this week. Then we get into the big news. Audi has officially discontinued the A8 after more than three decades, with no direct replacement planned. Another signal that the era of big body luxury sedans may be coming to an end. At the same time, Mercedes is preparing to bring the all new VLE to the United States… an electric luxury van. So while sedans fade away, are minivans becoming the new flagship luxury vehicle? We debate what this shift means for the future of the car market and enthusiast culture. Thank you to our sponsor, Main Line Dental Club, for supporting The Motor Crew. | 3/3/26 | ![]() The Motor Crew | Those Were The Days... | 02-26-26 | We kick things off with current inventory and what's moving at Kasser Motor Group. The Jaguar XJ8-L is still available, the Cullinan is in the mix, we've got a 2016 BMW 435i Individual M Sport on the ground, and a 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xe with a fresh battery ready to go. As always, we're actively looking to buy the right cars. In the shop at Service House of Precision, the Subaru WRX gets fitted with an AWE Tuning cat-back exhaust. For Philly enthusiasts, AWE is a legacy name. Todd Sager started building VW systems out of a one car garage in Mt. Airy, and now it's a staple in the performance world. We talk about how brands like that shaped the local car scene. Then we get into the main topic. Tony argues that while modern cars have iPad style interiors and seamless phone integration, the real engineering leap happened between 1975 and 2000. Since then, have cars truly evolved, or just added more screens? Thank you to our sponsor, Main Line Dental Club, for supporting The Motor Crew. | 1/23/26 | ![]() Surviving The Winter | The Motor Crew | 01-22-26 | Surviving Winter ❄️ | The Motor Crew This week on The Motor Crew Show, the crew dives into what it really takes to survive winter as car enthusiasts and dealers. Join Myles Leevy, Tony Kasser, Mike Troiano, and Pat Colburn from Kasser Motor Group for a full hour of honest car talk. We kick things off with what's sold and what's coming into inventory, including the BMW M850i xDrive, a beautiful 2011 997 Turbo S Cabriolet, and a Cullinan. As we prepare for a large winter storm this weekend we talk winter driving, and how everyone's cars are holding up in the cold. The crew also discusses preventative maintenance, those classic "while you're in there" decisions. Pat's latest small issue with the E55 AMG, and common auction pet peeves. We break down the recent Bring a Trailer "Concrete Caddies" saga, how mistakes happen at scale, and whether smaller or in-person auctions present a real alternative. | 1/15/26 | ![]() Buying Expectations as Dealers | The Motor Crew | 01-15-26 | This week's episode is a full one-hour Motor Crew breakdown. We kick things off with real dealership insight, what's sold recently, what's coming into inventory, and what's actually moving right now, including an awesome BMW M850i that's on the way. From there, we get honest about buying expectations as dealers and whether our standards are simply too high. No matter how "perfect" a car is described, the reality is that no car truly is. We talk about where expectations meet reality, what matters, and what doesn't. We also dive into a rant on modern car naming. Why is everything today is just numbers and letters, why it's confusing, and why brands have completely abandoned real names that used to mean something.
