Money Stolen!!!! Iain Clifford and the members of The Republic of Old Souls are now suffering massively as a result of a handful of selfish people who lack integrity. Its like watching a blockbuster movie right now. ..... will good prevail?In this chat Iain explains how the misuse of Order 34 and certain individuals, have exploited the situation to gain unwarranted power. To fill in the blanks Iain created a documentary "Entrapment by Design" featuring his work on credit recovery, which led to his arrest in June 2023 by 13 police officers. He was interrogated for 13 hours by FCA officers but was not asked about the need for a financial services license. Iain also had a previous legal battle with the FCA in 2018 over algorithmic trading systems, which he eventually won in the High Court. He moved to Bali and then North Cyprus to avoid jurisdictional issues and potential imprisonment for contempt of court. In this conversation Iain shares his motivation for challenging the system, which evolved from a desire for revenge to a commitment to restoring integrity and transparency, particularly in the mortgage industry. Iain discusses his legal battle with the FCA, highlighting issues with the prosecution's legitimacy due to a non-existent prosecutor and lack of evidence against him. He explains how he invoked a court of record, which was prevented by security staff removing his attorney in fact. Iain discussed his legal battles, including a libel case and a civil constraint order that prevented him from filing any cases in the UK judiciary system. He explained the structure of 3,000 individual trusts set up in the United States to recoup bank payments and mortgages for members, with 35 appointed trustees. Amy Sanger was appointed as the head of the trustee group in January 2025 and later created a US domestic trust, transferring nearly $700,000 from an Indonesian company to MTRXF Ministry Trust, of which Iain was the grantor.The saga continues but Iain insists good will win, and that members will get their recoupments. Victoria Rixon is being discriminated against and scapegoated by the Midwifery department she used to work for before she became a whistle blower.Her reputation is being defamed as a baby killer something she most definitely is not, and targeted as a complex character all because she dared to share her beliefs on the lack of safety for staff and patients within her department. Victoria Rixon has been very vocal about the shit show that is the NHS and in particular how maternity wards are mismanaged and run on a shoe string jeopardising the lives of mums and new borns. In her 10 year stint she couldn't believe the strain put on midwives to perform for hours on end with no breaks. There was little camaraderie as there was no time to or opportunity to get to know anyone in any depth. And Victoria witnessed an evil energy within midwives to put themselves first and be happy to throw others under the bus. When Victoria finally had enough she told her seniors that she planned to tell all, deregistered from the NHS and through that has been threatened and taken to court which she is still defending now.
