A new research center combining medical and technological research is getting a head-start from Michael and Susan Dell as they say the goal of the new investment is to bring together medicine, science, and computing on a single campus designed for the artificial intelligence era, the 5th circuit court concluded the Texas law does not violate the establishment clause or the free exercise clause of the first amendment, going on to say, Senate Bill 10 requires no religious exercise or observance and Students are not taught to adopt them, nor are teachers commanded to convert students to Christianity, and an Austin firefighter battling stage 4 ovarian and endometrial cancer has won a legal battle against the city of Austin over worker compensation after she worked for AFD for nearly 20 years, she was diagnosed with cancer in May of last year and believes it was caused by her job.
