We speak about the policies Donald Trump has threatened to introduce, possible future geopolitical events and the likely impact on Ireland. We also discuss the impending Irish election and the positives and negatives within the Irish economy.

On this podcast Sean O'Neill chats with Andy Tallon, Managing Director and Head of Debt Advisory at Interpath and TWM Managing Director, Willie Norse. We speak about the evolution of the debt market in Ireland, the current status and depth in terms of debt providers, location/ sector preferences, international participation and the pitfalls to watch out for when seeking finance. We also talk about some future trends.

In this episode Seán O’Neill discusses all things Residential with the new MD of TWM, Willie Norse and Claire Solon, MD of Greystar Ireland. They talk about the current development land and investment market activity, blockages to supply of housing, the changing perception of apartment living and the benefits of institutional ownership of residential assets. In Episode 10 Sean O’Neill chats with Paul Candon, CEO of United Hardware. Paul provides background on the United Hardware business and its members who comprise both traditional DIY outlets and Builders Merchants. He provides insights into the hardware and DIY markets and the general construction sector including surviving covid, the impact of inflation, supply chain issues and the demand for sustainable products.

They chat about the interesting and diverse portfolio held by the Church Commissioners, with some assets owned for centuries.
