What are you identifying with in your mind? When we give faith to the ego states we are in suffering, sickness, lack & limitations. When we give faith to our Spirit we are in love, happiness, joy, abundance, wholeness, worthiness, limitlessness & fearlessness. We have complete dominion over our minds. No one is forcing us to think & feel specific things. No one is making us bully ourselves in our thoughts. We are doing it all to ourselves. When you see this give yourself so much more love & compassion, do not be hard on yourself it is just another trick of the ego. This is how we begin to completely shift our inner world to then shift ourselves, heal our bodies, & shift the world we see.
