About this episode

Angus Buchan discusses the importance of delegation and passing on responsibilities in various aspects of life.

We go to the Book of Deuteronomy 1:9 and this is Moses speaking: “And I spoke to you at that time, saying: ‘I alone am not able to bear you.” In other words, ‘I can’t do it on my own. I am not saying that He couldn’t, but He wouldn’t. He appointed others. You and I cannot do it alone. We were never meant to.  We need to learn to delegate and not leave it too long. We must pass it on, otherwise, we will lose it all. Jesus passed it on. I am talking to that old farmer. It is time to pass the baton on to your son. I am talking to that businesswoman. You cannot continue at the pace you are going. You need help and if you don’t take it, you are going to lose it all. I am talking about that career. If you want that career to blossom, you need to share it with others.  I will never, ever forget in…
