On March 10, 2023, Sue was inside the home when it had a major propane explosion. By the grace of God, she survived. She was flown by helicopter over the mountains to the #1 trauma hospital in Colorado. When Sue opened her eyes, everything was dark, and she did not know where she was or what had happened, except that she was in a lot of pain. Then John came to her side and told her that they lost everything. Sue didn't have a clue what he was talking about, except she heard an inner voice that said: “It doesn’t matter”. What John meant by that is that they lost everything. With the house explosion, they lost their home, belongings, dog, money, way of life and Sue lost both of her feet. Then John continued to say: “It’s just you, me, and God.” That was the turning point for them, because when you lose everything in a flash, it changes you, and you realize you have nothing except God. In this episode they share how they turned to God like never before, and miracles began happening in their lives.
