About this episode
This episode provides step-by-step instructions on how to move forward in life by discarding the past and focusing on the present.
What got you to where you are will not get you to where you could go. I didn't say get you to "where you want" because few people truly know what they want, fewer know how to get it and most think that what they want will never happen because... of there they are! You don't need to know what you want, you need to know where you are. Everything starts in the here and now. And that means that, to move forward, you need to discard the past: past mistakes, past "experience", past "learning", past (mis)behaviour. Your future starts here and now. You don't need to know or even have a clue what that future might look like other than assuming - and it is a very valid assumption indeed - that the future will be what's best for you, wonderful, effortless, a revelation, something unimaginable to your habitual way of thinking. Now, there's a promise if ever there were one. But I can go one better because, in this episode, we have the step-by-step instructions on how to move forward in your life, for the best, starting... NOW. You need to listen to this one!
