Today we’re spotlighting SANE-SART, a local nonprofit based in Fairfield that provides trauma-informed, evidence-based forensic and mental health services for people impacted by violence—including sexual assault, domestic violence, child abuse, and human trafficking. SANE-SART began as a forensic nursing examination team and has grown into a comprehensive support organization offering advocacy, forensic exams, and trauma recovery services across our region.
