Guest Resume: George E. Fleming, Esq. George Fleming, a California civil trial lawyer since 1975, has handled an extraordinary number of civil jury trials representing defendants and also plaintiffs. As lead counsel for plaintiffs, George has recovered many millions of dollars for his clients. As a defender, he has saved clients many millions as well. At Fleming PC, he handles business and commercial, employment, product liability and major tort and personal injury matters. George was a partner at Baker & McKenzie for a decade, was a founding partner of Chapin, Fleming & Winet and earlier was a partner at McInnis, Fitzgerald, Rees, Sharkey & McIntyre.
