For decades, 40-year-old Armin Meiwes had dreamed of slaughtering a young man, carving up his body, and consuming his flesh – and he finally found a willing victim: 43-year-old Bernd Brandes. It was a crime so horrific and inconceivable – had it not been for the nine hours of video showing the slaughter – no one would have believed it.
