Born into a lineage of Celtic matriarchs, she has perceived the world differently since childhood, sensing energy, recognising patterns, and engaging with intelligence that extends beyond the visible. Her work sits at the intersection of lived experience, channelled transmission, and the emerging science of consciousness. It is shaped as much by her journey through trauma and reclaimed sovereignty, by her multidimensional contact experiences. Her debut book, The Frequency of Truth, goes deeper into part contact memoir, part consciousness framework and asks the question at the heart of everything she does: What if the sensitivity you’ve carried isn’t a flaw but a coherent biological response?
