It made me think about how much people are taught to focus on the minutia when it comes to their food. And while that remains true, I have also come to the conclusion that any 'diet' must enhance mind, body and spirit. Nate wanted me to experience stem cell therapy and experience it I did! I was pumped, but not surprised, because I have been buying silver for the better part of the past five years. I know, all the money guys say it's not an investment, but when something in the wealth world has gone up almost 300% in the past 5-6 years, I'd say they are wrong. However, the point of today's writing is not to give you financial advice, but to make you think about the world 'investment'. If I asked you what the best investment of your life has been, what would you say? Was it in building some aspect of your portfolio? Was it investing into your children, into your education, into your marriage? Or maybe it's something else entirely. When you examine what made it a great investment, what makes it stand out? What type of return did it give you? I am here to tell you that there is no investment in this world that will have a bigger payoff than investing into your health and fitness. None, nada, zilch!
