Brittany Tommila, director, and Lacie Eastman, the medical team manager, talk with the Idiots about the challenges, struggles, and creativity of medicine in a shelter. They talk about how they can string a budget, improv medical procedures, and still show the love and compassion each animal needs, including taking on ones that would be put down somewhere else.
