| 4/27/26 | Episode 255: Jason Mellow (Co-owner of The Twisted Spine - New York City's First Horror and Dark Literature Book Store) | Show Notes:A few weeks ago, I sat down with one of the co-owners of the Twisted Spine, Jason Mellow. Twisted Spine is New York City’s first book store for exclusively horror and dark literature. Jason told me about his first experience seeing a horror movie in theatres when he was 7 years old and how it scared him. He then ended up first getting into horror literature and realized that he was a horror fan. Later on we get into how he and his partner Lauren got the idea to open The Twisted Spine, how they designed the store, and how they went about deciding what authors to stock on the shelves and so much more. | 12/22/25 | Episode 236: Bradley Lewis & Kaye Tuckerman - Currently Appearing in Picnic at Hanging Rock in NYC! | Show Notes:In this week’s episode, I talk with castmates Kaye Tuckerman and Bradley Lewis about their backgrounds in horror and their experience in the new musical adaptation of the Australian mystery film Picnic at Hanging Rock currently playing in New York City. Kaye explains again what it’s like to visit Hanging Rock in Australia, Bradley tells me how he got into horror later in life, and how the rock score adds to the story. Bradley, who is of Native American heritage, told me about a site in New Mexico that’s similar to Hanging Rock, what his heritage brings to his character, and we also talk about song lines, representation, and the mystery of the land in his heritage, as well as that of Hanging Rock.Socials & Where to Buy Tickets:Kaye’s IG: https://www.instagram.com/kayetuckerman/ Bradley’s Website: https://bradley-lewis.com/ Buy tickets to Picnic at Hanging Rock through 1/17: https://www.picnicthemusical.com/Who’s There? | 12/15/25 | Episode 235: Jarrod Hornbeck (Co-Host of Puppet Masters | Castle Freaks) | Show Notes:This week we’re chatting with elementary school teacher Jarrod Hornbeck, one of the cohosts of the podcast Puppet Master | Castle Freaks. It’s the definitive podcast about Full Moon Features and b-horror. You will learn a ton about what Full Moon Features is and Jarrod also told me his (possibly) controversial pick for one of his favorite horror directors and the Charles Banfield movie he suggests a newbie watches first.Jarrod’s Socials: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/_giallo_jarrod/ Puppet Masters / Castle Freaks IG: https://www.instagram.com/puppetmasters_castlefreaks/ Puppet Masters / Castle Freaks on Apple Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/podcast/id1690222864?app=podcast&at=1000lHKX&ct=linktree_http&itscg=30200&itsct=lt_p&ls=1&mt=2 Who’s There?
