ABC News Investigative Reporter Peter Charalambous talks about how the suspect in Saturday night's shooting incident was identified as 31-year-old Cole Allen of Torrance, California. Authorities said the suspect was tackled by law enforcement after exchanging gunfire near the main magnetometer area for the event. Interim D.C. Metropolitan Police Department Chief Jeffrey Carroll told reporters that the suspect was armed with a shotgun, a handgun and multiple knives. Carroll said the preliminary information is that he was a "lone actor." Peter has the latest on the evolving investigation.
