Consciousness can dissolve conflict of any kind. Consciousness is also the basis of compassion, kindness and love. Admittedly all of the last mentioned qualities are ideals. In a polarised world reality this may easily give rise to idealism, and its polar opposite, cynicism. To help prevent this polarisation there are awareness practices, practical yoga techniques to develop balance of extreme states. To this end we develop our understanding of the nature of reality, establish a connection to Source, through our Higher Selves, and learn and practice effective yoga techniques. Yoga of such Union helps us connect into consciousness as a quantum reality, that can pervade, and transcend all states, therefore an ultimate state of integrity.
