Steve talks Karlton through his childhood, living on the Bedfordshire/Northamptonshire border, and how he and school weren't necessarily the perfect pairing. The pair reminisce on taking part in the Schneider Electric Paris Marathon together, and how Steve motivates himself through running (not as regularly as he'd hope, though!)
