About this episode

The episode celebrates three years of morning body doubling sessions for ADHD support, highlighting community achievements and the launch of a charity for ADHD adults of marginalized genders.

Every single weekday since Jan 8th 2023 a group of LEGENDS have supported each other into the day on Zoom. Fast forward three years and I decided to boycott the standard session and hit record! I hope you enjoy the extra special emotional rollercoaster to celebrate over 1000 days of 7am 'body doubling' with a very special squadron of The Leopard Print Army! ENORMOUS THANKS to these legends and to all who have got us here(!) because you have helped to - not only create magic (beyond brain magic) but this Podcast's Patreon Community have turned tragedy into triumph; inspiring the creation of ADHDAF+ Charity which has Peer Support Groups in Scotland, England and (soon) Wales, to connect and empower ADHD adults of marginalised genders. A Charity by us for us! TRIGGER WARNING: Contains swearing, loud laughter, patchy signal, gallows humour and mentions of very sensitive topics including; parent loss, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship and work struggles, mental health struggles, suicide, school struggles, bullying, and medical negligence. If you are struggling, lo siento. YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Please REACH OUT FOR HELP HERE - Read the new ADHDAF+ Charity Blog …
