Also, B6 does increase serotonin slightly, but not to any concerning amount. Even just using logic, it doesn't make sense how the gut could have such impact on mental health and brain health without gut serotonin being able to cross BBB. No entertainment <90m before bed. Magnesium before bed. NO MELATONIN. No large meals <4hr before bed, 3 bare minimum. Cold room. Fluids early in day. PBDE-free/organic mattress. Splash water on face <15m before bed. Warm shower before bed can be helpful.
