Best Health and Fitness Podcasts 2026: Top 20 Ranked
How this health and fitness podcast ranking is built
CastFox tracks the Apple Podcasts Health & Fitness category every day and keeps the history, so this is chart data rather than an editor's shortlist. Between February 24 and October 18, 2026 we took 29 snapshots of the US category top 100, saw 289 different shows pass through it, and followed each across the 78 country charts we cover. The order below follows the most recent snapshot, so it moves as the chart moves.
The top of this category is unusually stable: 37 of the 40 highest-scoring shows appeared in every one of the 29 snapshots. Reach is what separates them. Huberman Lab and On Purpose with Jay Shetty both held a top 100 place in all 78 countries we track, The School of Greatness in 67 and The Psychology of your 20s in 65, while 10 of the 40 charted in three countries or fewer and are built almost entirely on a US audience.
Health & Fitness is several categories sharing one chart. Of the 40 strongest shows, 12 carry Apple's mental health label, 5 alternative health, 5 medicine, 4 education and 3 nutrition. Six are dedicated sleep feeds and eight are built around longevity, hormones or biohacking, which is why a bedtime story sits next to a two-hour interview on metabolic science below. Each entry links to its full CastFox profile with audience estimates, chart history by country and contact details. For the version ranked by consistency across all 29 snapshots, read the companion post above.
