We're happy to host Interstate 55 duo as the next guest of our famous Apparel Radio Show. The Interstate 55 project was born of a friendship between two young students, Chris and Alex, at a warehouse party in South Chicago in 1995. Press correspondents for Coda and Trax Magazine between Chicago and Paris, the two guys helped promote the Underground sound in Europe, interviewing some of the greatest legends: Paul Johnson, Cajmere, Derrick Carter, Dance Mania Crew and more. 25 years after the most beautiful private parties, Alex returns to the mix to promote the underground once again, through various Radio Shows on SoundCloud, with current tones and the launch of a label planned for next year. Apparel Radio (waves) are happy to host an exclusive mix by Dr.Sud just debuted in production duties via Q1E2 with an 6- track EP titled “Heading South”, released on October. Gregorio Marigliano is a Rome born, Berlin raised producer, that for his intimi and fans goes by the name of Dr. Sud. His music is percussion centered with integrated jazz harmony, his style borrowing influences from different genres such as electronica, funk and house, to create a blend unique to his productions. Apparel Radio (waves) are happy to host an exclusive mix by Leo Janeiro. Leo Janeiro is the kind of artist for whom the word versatility describes him in its fullest meaning. As a DJ, he carries a broad musical background that involves research into House Music and its many different strands. In the studios, in addition to releases on labels such as Get Physical, Cocada Music, D.O.C, Me Gusta Rec, U'reguay Records, he has been dedicating his time to the Cocada Music label, which through a diverse and carefully selected catalog, strengthens the connection between talents from different generations and cultures, carrying the message of Latin American musicality. Hailing from Porto, the Archermano duo is composed by techno music maniac Tomás Archer and the creator of the "O Sotão" platform, Francisco Esp. Having made their debut EP in 2021 with "Psalms", their second EP, "Pasteleira" has just dropped via their own "O Sotão Records" - a 5-track coming-of-age record that pays homage to where they come from: the expressions they use, the nightclubs they go to, the culture that pervades them, and their neighborhood, just as it is at this point in time, without any judgment.
