The coaches also chat about why someone may feel guilty, the false piety some people can have towards the subject, and what the Christian response SHOULD be. To take good care of our body is a reasonable and proper response of thankfulness for the gift of the physical, as well as a wise use of our time to make our efforts for God's kingdom here on earth go further than they would if they were held back by a sick body.
