One of the blessings of living in Hamilton is the proximity to the US border. Since relocating in 2022, Cee has been digging into the Western New York craft beer scene, and the latest discovery might be the fave yet. Based in beautiful Orchard Park, Wayland Brewing doesn't feel like a suburban brewery - the taproom is a stunning 20-foot-plus atrium with floor-to-ceiling windows, a killer patio with a full-size bocce court, boasting an impeccable kitchen, four LUKR taps and a beer lineup to satisfy any craft beer fan.
