We started the Beyond the Base podcast to challenge the harmful Gen Z stereotypes that are so prevalent today. Sadly, older generations see us as lazy, rude or unconventional But in the real sense, we’re a generation that is ambitious, informed, and unapologetically hardworking. Our podcast is here to break stereotypes, share success stories, and provide insights that inspire young people to dream bigger, act smarter, and lead confidently.
